Whether suffering from bloating, constipation, diarrhoea or indigestion, the foods you are eating are having a massive impact on your digestive health. So wouldn’t you love to know which foods you can eat to ease your digestive pain and improve your health? My ‘Manage my IBS’ programme will help you to feel better. By the end of the 3 months you will:
- Understand the role food and eating habtis play in your IBS
- Know which foods to eat in abundance and which foods to keep to a minimum
- Have a range of IBS soothing recipes specially designed for your tastes
- Developed a meal plan that you can use over and over again to keep you on the path to good health.
