My Love your Food series is about helping people achieve their health and nutrition goals through the foods that they eat on a daily basis. I searched and searched for Meal Plans that could help my clients lose weight, lower cholesterol, manage their blood pressure or enjoy a gluten free or coeliac diet. Yet all I could find were plans that were either a list of ingredients or advocated the use of shakes and bars rather than the natural health-promoting foods available from your local store.
So I decided to take up the challenge and develop my own range of Meal Plans that will give you all the help you need to start making positives changes to your eating habits today.
